Coming from a show business environment and having toured for 10 years to different countries, living out of a suitcase they decided it was time for a change. Starting a new life in Ibiza at the beginning of 2009 they both worked for Joachim that summer season and found a new calling. They took over Mundo Azul in October 2009.

Jaime:
Padi Open Water Scuba Instructor since 2009, Specialties: Wreck, Deep, DUP, Nitrox, Emergency Oxigen Provider, Enriched Air, EFR Instructor and Patron de Yate. Jaime comes from Las Palmas, Gran Canaria (Canary Islands, Spain) and speaks Spanish, French, English, Italian, Portuguese, a bit of German and Dutch.
Jessica:
Padi Open water diver since 2009 and completely in love with everything to do with diving and preservation of the underwater world. Jess comes from Amsterdam in The Netherlands and has Portuguese and Dutch parents. She speaks Dutch, English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese and a bit of Italian.

New beginnings for Joachim:
Joachim Bearzi, (owner MADC 2006-2009) Padi Master Instructor since 2005, over 2500 dives and Ibiza weather specialist! Joachim gave Mundo Azul a soul and took customer service to a new level. Many divers come each year to Ibiza to enjoy the hospitality, knowledge and friendly atmosphere Joachim has created since 2007. Now planning new adventures Joachim will spend a part of the summer with us. He will be missed in the Cala and we will for sure visit him at his new digs!
